The Condor park is a recue center that is located in Curiloma in a expanse of 12 hectares, at an altitude of 2817 m.a.s.l. and has an average temperature of 10°C, a few minutes from the El Lechero lookout.
The park supports several activities such as:
- Educational activities about the protection and care of birds, having special emphasis on illegal purchases of the species and an introduction of wild animal habitat and the environment and habitat of the species.
- Training of predatory birds
- Rescue of predatory birds
The principal objectives with which this park was created have been principally rescue and care of predatory birds that have been mistreated or are at risk for mistreatment in order to study, value, train and offer a better quality of life.
Also, they offer guide training to children that can understand the function of predatory birds in the environment.
Condor park has cages technically designed for the necessities of the birds that occupy the cages such as condors, owls, vultures, sparrowhawks, eagles, falcons; the flight area is in a place where the birds are trained to be free and an area of children's games.
Cost and Hours
This place is open to the public Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon. The hours of flight exhibition are from 11:30 until 3:30 in the afternoon.
The price of admission for adults is $4.50, children and disabled persons, $2.00.

In your own vehicle
